We are require each interested party to complete the following steps prior to scheduling a time to view a property.  

*Preview property details and room sizes and location.
*Review our application and screening process.  We will do a full background check and charge a $25    application fee for each adult applicant, all adults in the household must be an applicant.  
*Drive by or map the location of the property to make sure that the location suits your needs.

If after reviewing the information available online and taking a tour of the neighborhood you would like to view the property in person you will need to call 260-450-3071 to schedule a time and day.
